Does it work with any MOV?
Any MOV your browser can decode — iPhone recordings (H.264 or HEVC with AAC audio) are exactly that. The audio re-encodes to MP3; the picture is discarded.
What bitrate should I pick?
128 kbps is clean for speech; 192 kbps and up for music and gigs. The preset default suits voice-heavy recordings.
Is there a length limit?
